These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Lidìa platform, a subscription software for beach establishment management.
The Service is provided by Multimedia Services di Amato Helena, VAT 03903720781, registered office at Via Monte San Michele 1, 87064 Corigliano Rossano (CS).
2. Developer
Software development is carried out by Curia Vincenzo, Tax ID CRUVCN86B02D005U, address Via Fortuno SNC, 87064 Corigliano Rossano (CS), on behalf of the Service owner.
3. Account and responsibility
You are responsible for accurate registration data and credential confidentiality.
The organization owner is responsible for customer, staff, and booking data, including consents collected.
4. Permitted use
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, security breaches, reverse engineering, or infrastructure abuse.
Add-on features are available according to your plan and enabled modules.
5. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe according to the current pricing.
Non-payment may result in suspension or limitation of the Service.
6. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is" with reasonable efforts for availability and security.
Multimedia Services di Amato Helena is not liable for misuse, third-party outages, or incorrect user-entered data.
7. Intellectual property
Software, the Lidìa brand, and interfaces remain the property of Multimedia Services di Amato Helena. User-entered data remains the property of the user/organization.
8. Governing law and termination
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Jurisdiction: Cosenza, Italy, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Accounts may be suspended for Terms violations.
