The data controller for personal data collected through the Lidìa platform ("Service") is:

Lidìa is a SaaS platform for beach establishment management. End-customer data is processed by each establishment (independent controller) using the platform as data processor on their behalf.

2. Software developer

Technical development of the Lidìa platform is carried out by:

The developer processes technical and maintenance data only as needed to deliver, support, and secure the Service, as an authorized processor of the controller.

3. Data collected

Account data: name, email, credentials, organization role.

Operational data: establishments, bookings, customers, payments, price lists, staff.

Technical data: access logs, IP address, session identifiers, app preferences.

Public booking portal data: name, surname, email, phone, privacy/marketing consents.

4. Purposes and legal basis

Service delivery and contract performance (GDPR Art. 6.1.b).

Legal obligations and security (GDPR Art. 6.1.c and 6.1.f).

Service communications and support (GDPR Art. 6.1.b).

Marketing to end customers only with explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a).

5. Retention

Account data is kept for the contractual relationship and as required by law thereafter.

End-customer data is retained according to each organization settings and applicable law.

6. Recipients and subprocessors

Data may be processed by technical providers required to run the Service, including:

• Supabase (database hosting and authentication)

• Google Firebase (web hosting)

• Stripe (online payments, when enabled)

Providers are bound by GDPR-compliant agreements.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time.

8. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
